We don't accept returns on any item. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged or spoiled, which we'll review and handle as described below.
Damaged or spoiled items
If something arrives damaged or spoiled, let us know. We'll review each case and make it right. We don't offer refunds.
Call us at 724-946-8558 within 2 days of delivery for cheese and other perishables, or within 7 days for everything else.
Take photos of the item and the box. We'll tell you how to send them when you call.
Have your order number handy.
Received a gift from us? Recipients are welcome to call too.
Wrong or missing items
If an item is missing or isn't what you ordered, call us within the same time limits and we'll send the right item.
Cancelling or changing an order
You can cancel or change an order until we pack it. To do so, call us or reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Please give your order number and be ready to confirm that you placed the order.
If you cancel before we pack your order, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order is packed, it can't be cancelled or changed.
Gift certificates
Our gift certificates are physical certificates, each marked with its order number so we can track it. They can be redeemed in our shop only, not online. They never expire and can't be returned or exchanged for cash.
